What Is The Return Policy For BrownSkinLuxe?

We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt. For a return or exchange, the wig must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming).

Wigs, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used wigs for return.

The same terms apply to our hair bundles, frontals, and closures.

How Soon Will I Receive My order?

Your order will be shipped the same day you place the order, before the cutoff time of 4:30pm.

You control the shipping time. You will have the option at checkout to decide how fast you want your package to arrive.


We currently partner with UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS for shipping. If you want to specify a shipping carrier, please leave us a note at the checkout page.

Is Your Product In Stock?

Yes!!! Everything that you purchase is in stock ,and will ship directly to you from within the US. If an item is not available it will show as sold out and will not allow you to continue with your purchase.
